Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products and services from Florabella.

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Florabella provides bespoke funeral floral tributes and related services within the United Kingdom.

Orders

All floral tributes are bespoke and made to order.

When placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate
• Delivery details (including funeral venue, date, and time) are correct
• You have authority to place the order

Orders are confirmed once a £100 deposit has been received and Florabella has sent a confirmation email.

Florabella reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary.

Pricing & Payment

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a funeral date.

A booking is not confirmed until Florabella have sent a confirmation email.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 week prior to delivery date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of the order.

All prices are in GBP (£).

Florabella reserves the right to amend prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payments are preferred by cash or BACS but can also be processed securely via third-party providers such as: SumUp / PayPal.

Bespoke Designs & Substitutions

All designs are handcrafted and may vary slightly from reference images due to:

• Seasonal flower availability
• Natural variations in colour and size
• Supplier availability

Florabella reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value where necessary, while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and design intent.

Funeral Deliveries

Florabella will deliver to the specified funeral director, crematorium, cemetery, or private address as agreed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• The correct venue details are provided
• The service time is accurate
• The funeral director is aware of the tribute delivery

Florabella cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied at the time of ordering.

Responsibility transfers to the funeral director or venue once delivery has been made.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of funeral flowers:

• Orders cancelled before full payment is made, the £100 deposit will not be refundable.
• Orders cancelled after full payment is made, If flowers or materials have already been purchased, a partial refund may be possible at my discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to natural variations in flowers.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Product Care & Liability

Florabella ensures all floral tributes are prepared fresh and handled with care.

Once delivered and accepted by the funeral venue or customer, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Florabella is not liable for deterioration caused by:

• Extreme weather
• Venue conditions
• Handling after delivery

Use of Images

Florabella may photograph tributes for portfolio, website, or social media use.

No personal information will be shared without consent.

Customers may request in writing that their tribute is not photographed or published.

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, branding, and images are the property of Florabella and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Florabella’s liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
